Merry Merry from Tahilla Farm!

It's the wee hours
of the morning,
the kiddies
are sleeping,
Mr. H is stirring
 and I could not start
my Christmas morning
without popping in
to wish you
a Happy Christmas!

In the past week we awoke
to a surprise snow flurry
one that we had been wishing for.

Our wish came true..

It was fleeting..

and beautiful..

Our first snow at Tahilla Farm.

I ran out the door
in bathrobe and slippers..as you do,
to capture it all.

From outside to inside where Christmas trees are aglow,
and the rest of the house starts to stir.
I want to wish you and yours..

Happy Christmas!

 Porcupine story to follow...
until next time!
Merry Merry from me to you!

Jeanne xx

  3. A Merry Merry to you too, Jeanne. Although I've never been there, I can't imagine what Christmas would be like in New Hampshire without a bit of snow on the ground. I think Santa probably wore his Wellies and carried an umbrella to make his deliveries in my neck of the woods. LOL. Unfortunately, it has been a very dangerous and sad time for a few folks in the Deep South. Here's to a prosperous New Year for you and your family, and to one and all everywhere. Our world is undergoing some very big changes and 2016 could prove to be a very interesting year. Cheerio!

  4. And a Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope you are all together for your first Christmas at Tahilla Farm. Where I live, we will be in summer clothes because of unusual warmth this year. Snow, I love snow on Christmas Eve and to wake up to on Christmas morning. Not going to happen this year. So I've enjoyed yours in the pictures. Such a beautiful, calming place you have. I'm ready to see more and more pictures of every last detail. Hope you have the time to share.
I wish you health and peace for 2016, and blessings on your family.
