staying connected...with postcards
In my basket, one hundred treasures.
Postcards are a wonderful way to stay in touch.
A few words of endearment, a few words of
encouragement, just a few words to stay connected.
I treasure them all.
Fortunately, I buy in multiples :)
I would love to share one with you.
Send me your address
and I would be happy to send one on it's way.
Best wishes for a wonderful weekend :)
Jeanne xx

What a lovely idea. Blogging, facebook, twitter, and email have really made it so much easier to connect and know what is going on in the world, yet we must take care to keep that very personal connection in tact. I keep note cards handy and have been so incredibly amazed at the response I get by such a seemingly small gesture. Thank you so much for this precious reminder.
ReplyDeleteOh yes...I'm so with you on the creative growing pains. My posting has been sporadic at best. I've been reading some, but not writing much. Your blogs are all so inspirational, unique, and fun; I'm sure you will gain clarity soon. Also, I have to wonder if the recent natural disasters have knocked us all a little off lately. I've been praying alot more, thinking about things that really matter more, and giving more. My heart is with those who need it, yours too, I imagine. ~Blessings, Janet
You are so sweet Jeanne. Happy weekend to you!
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic sweet idea. But you will use too much money on stamps, Jeanne!:-) If you haven't already mailed them, I would love to get one of those postcards. What a wonderful collection you have.
ReplyDeleteHi Jeanne
ReplyDeletewell i love them all.. I have a thing for postcards... used to collect them but seem to have misplaced the stash.. just have a few vintage ones now..
Hope you are well.. have a lovely weekend.. ciao xxxx Julie
What a gorgeous collection. I must start buying lots when I see good ones. I was moaning the other day that it took me three card shops to find a decent card. They were all Care Bears and badly drawn flowers.
ReplyDeleteI hope you're having a good weekend xx
Looks like you have been collecting for a long time...they look like treasure! Each one a special memory, I'm sure!!
ReplyDeleteYou have so many pretty cards from all your travels....what collectible treasures!
ReplyDeleteooh - I'm late to the party but I'm in!
