Smiles all Around
I just couldn't resist this one.
It sums up the spirit of New Zealand to me.
My friends will attest to the fact that I am a big Richie McCaw fan.
He is Captain of the All Blacks rugby team. I love watching this game....especially when he plays.
Sorry Mr. H :)
I couldn't resist the looks on the faces of these children.
I would have been on the sidelines beaming too!
(Mr. H thinks it is time for me to come home!)
I'll be glued to the screen on Saturday night watching them play our boys!! I suspect you'll be happier with the result than me Jeanne!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful surprise for those children! It's great to see athletes make a positive impact on children.
ReplyDeleteI have to show this to my boys - rugby is our game here and McCaw is definitely a housefold name chez nous.

Just watched this with my son Jeanne, he grinned the whole way through "awesome" was heard several times, and he also definitely muttered " I would SOO like to meet him ..."

What a great story...neat! (cute too....)
ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I've ever considered going over to the 'dark side' Jeanne from Aussie Rules. Mr. McCaw is well, to put it delicately, A HUNK!!!
