Holiday Gift Ideas #2: Homemade

I have been a busy little elf.....

Mr. H asked Mrs. H why she went to bed so late last night...
Mrs. H replied.... "ummmm"
Mr. H asked what she finds to occupy herself until 1:00am?
Mrs. H replied.... "Oh...this and that, I was a busy little elf"
and smiled before quickly departing for the morning school run.

Mrs. H was minding her Pinterest last night.
Shhhhhhhhh........ :)

This little elf has a few Christmas ideas for you.
The above is "Quick Bread in a Bottle"
You can find the recipe here.

You can view the rest of my homemade

Off to start working on my ideas...hope you find some too.
Best wishes for a lovely weekend to one and all!

  1. Dear Jeanne,
You and me both !! I am always up until 1 or 2 a.m.......I get so carried away on the internet !
Our children were given the cookie mixture in a jar from a relative and, they were a great success. I am off to see what else kept you up into the wee small hours !!

  3. Hi Jeanne

The night owls were busy last night, what a hoot! At least you found loot.
Oh I shall stop here. I, too, went to say goodnight to my studio, at 11.00 p.m and a painting called me and in five minutes it was 2.00 am.

    Fun

I love your post and shall visit Pinterest

My best for a joyful weekend

  8. I've had to limit myself to just one visit a week to Pinterest. I was spending too much time drooling/ dreaming and not enough time painting!

  17. Hi Jeanne!
Thanks so much for finding me on my blog! It's so nice to meet a fellow plaid lunch box collector!
I will see what I can find for you.
I know there is an antique mall in Columbus, Wisconsin that has one. It is the only place I had ever seen one and I should have bought it!

Have had a couple months of regret and then i found the green one on my post on Ebay last week, so there is hope! More of them out there I think, Jeanne!

If I find one more, I will send you the link!
