Girls! Girls! Girls!
Girls rule in our house this weekend.
Daughter #1, Miss Christine, is coming home for the winter holidays.
The University year is over in New Zealand so it is home sweet home
for her until the end of January and we are so excited!
Daughter # 2, Miss Claire and I will remember our trip to Paris last week for years to come.
Claire shares my enthusiasm for photography and she was keen to make the most of it.
We stood side by side looking thru our cameras each interpreting the best of Paris.
We shared ideas and taught each other a few things along the way.
Autumn was in the air and we were looking for the best of it.
Claire had three wishes for this trip.
She wanted to go to the top of the Eiffel Tower,
see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre and eat lots of french pastry.
The french pastry was easy.
For Mom, thinking of the lines to get to the rest was not so easy.
When we got to the top of the Eiffel Tower she gave me her Mona Lisa
smile and it was worth all the hours we waited in line to get to both.
With that I send my best wishes to one and all for a lovely weekend.
May something extra special come your way!
Jeanne
